The Brief

Designed and delivered for 3S Capital, this complete office fit-out reimagines the traditional workplace as a warm, residential-inspired environment. Natural travertine, pale oak and earthy tones are paired with bespoke furniture and carefully layered lighting, while exposed ceilings and architectural services introduce a subtle industrial character that gives the space its contemporary edge.

The office was planned around flexibility, wellbeing and collaboration, with open-plan workspaces featuring height-adjustable sit-stand desks, refined meeting rooms and inviting breakout spaces that encourage both focused work and informal conversation. Smart glass meeting rooms and a motorised pergola allow the office to adapt throughout the day, while bespoke joinery and thoughtfully selected materials create a calm, welcoming atmosphere for both the team and visiting clients.

Every detail was carefully considered, balancing premium finishes with practical functionality to create a timeless workplace that reflects 3S Capital's forward-thinking approach and supports the way its people work every day.
