The Brief
A complete fit-out of this Mamsha Al Saadiyat apartment was designed as a peaceful retreat, drawing inspiration from Japandi design and the calming atmosphere of a luxury spa. A palette of warm oak, natural stone, soft textures and carefully layered lighting creates a home that feels balanced, understated and deeply connected to its surroundings.
Open-plan living spaces were designed with simplicity and warmth in mind, featuring bespoke joinery, integrated storage and a restrained material palette that allows every detail to feel intentional. Natural textures and handcrafted finishes create a quiet sense of luxury, while soft lighting and carefully framed views strengthen the connection between the interior and the surrounding landscape.
The bathrooms continue the spa-inspired aesthetic through sculptural stone, bespoke vanities and calming, minimalist detailing. Throughout the apartment, every element was designed to promote a slower pace of living, creating a timeless home where craftsmanship, comfort and tranquillity exist in perfect balance.
