The Brief

A complete turnkey villa transformation in District One, Mohammed Bin Rashid City, delivered from concept through to final styling. A refined monochrome palette, dramatic porcelain slabs, bespoke joinery and sculptural lighting create a home where every space speaks the same architectural language.

The ground floor unfolds through a series of elegant living spaces, from the statement entrance and formal lounge to a bespoke kitchen, dining area and entertainment spaces. Bookmatched porcelain, backlit onyx features, custom media walls and carefully integrated lighting create moments of quiet drama, while bespoke furniture and soft textures bring warmth and balance throughout.

Upstairs, each bedroom was designed with its own personality while remaining connected to the home's overall aesthetic. Luxurious en suites feature oversized porcelain, bespoke vanities and carefully detailed lighting, while custom wardrobes, feature panelling and tailored joinery create spaces that feel both sophisticated and deeply personal.

Outside, the fully redesigned landscape extends the home's architectural language beyond the interior, creating a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living. Delivered as a complete design-and-build project, every element—from the first concept and technical detailing through to furnishing, styling and final handover—was considered as part of one cohesive vision.
