The Brief

A complete apartment interior at Hadley Heights in Jumeirah Village Circle — one open-plan home worked through in two sister schemes, pale and dark, from the same measured hand.

The plan turns around a single living space: a greige kitchen island with bar seating, a round oak dining table beneath a spun-metal pendant, and a flush-panelled media wall — drawn once in warm whites and again in smoked timber over a marble plinth. Wall panelling, concealed lighting and olive-toned artwork hold both versions together.

Past the corridor's upholstered wall panels, the private rooms keep the same discipline: a principal bedroom flanked by backlit display niches, a second bedroom pared back to a lit headboard wall, and a study set behind fluted glass against a near-black feature wall.
